Conwell, who is the executive chef at 715 Restaurant in Lawrence, can take you to Paris with a simple Prosciutto Baguette, which you’ll also find on the restaurant’s happy hour menu right now! 

What makes this simply irresistible sandwich is the addition of a touch of honey and loads of your favorite fresh herbs.

Add a side pasta salad. Make it easy with fresh pasta available in the supermarket refrigerator section.

Finish with semifreddo – an Italian word meaning “half cold” – is a classic frozen dessert served in summer. Conwell’s version is studded with summer stone fruit for a cool, creamy and a delicious way to beat the heat. Freeze the semifreddo the night before and carry it to the picnic in a cooler with a few gel packs.
